Food 4 Less - 206 Campbell Street - Responsibilities:
Supervise meat department operations including staffing, pricing, inventory/stock management, department cleanliness, and adherence to policies and safety procedures;
Assist in meat department replenishment, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclaimation/returns, damages and reworks, and inventory preparation;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, displays, signage, sampling, and overall department procedures;
Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines for fresh meat production, packaging, labeling, and product integrity;
Operate and maintain equipment safely, and uphold safety/quality standards across the department
