Food 4 Less - 100 West Ray Fine Boulevard - Responsibilities:
Oversee meat department operations including department readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory preparation, department financial goals and objectives, and department cleanliness.;
Support meat department replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks, supply use and inventory preparation.;
Support merchandising and sales floor standards including proper stocking, rotation, signing, displaying, sampling, and overall department procedures.;
Ensure all meat products produced are properly packaged/wrapped, weighed, priced, and labeled according to company and regulatory requirements.;
Adhere to equipment procedures and safety guidelines, including cleaning and maintenance; emphasize safety and quality.
