Food 4 Less - - Responsibilities:
Manage meat department operations including staffing, price maintenance, inventory preparation, cleanliness, and safe use of equipment.;
Replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, receiving, invoicing, back stock, reclamation and returns, damages and reworks, supply use and inventory preparation.;
Merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signing, displays, sampling, and department procedures.;
Food production and processing following company and food safety guidelines, proper packaging/weighting/pricing/labeling according to regulations.;
Build relationships and provide outstanding customer service; model integrity and professionalism within Harps policies and mission statement.
