Support grocery department operations including staffing, price maintenance, inventory and safety;
Replenishment and inventory procedures including ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing and accounting, back stock, reclamation and returns;
Merchandising and sales floor standards including stocking, rotation, signing, displays, and customer service;
Demonstrate problem-solving and customer-focused service aligned with Harps’ SMILE program;
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to Harps policies and procedures
