The
Strategic Account Executive isresponsibleforgrowingbusinesslevelsandsellingtotargetedcommercialorganizationswithintheirlocalgeographyandthroughoutthe
US.Responsibilitiesincludedevelopingasalesplan,formulatingsalescallstrategy,andexecutingrelevantactivitiestodrivenetnewrevenuegrowth.
TheSAEisaccountableforeffectivelycommunicating Transportation Insight 'svalueproposition,enterprise solutions,andenterpriselogisticsservicestoprospectsandcurrentcustomers.
Utilizing Transportation Insight 'sportfolioofserviceofferings/capabilitiestosolvecomplexparcel,LTL,and Truckloadbusinesschallenges,theStrategic Account Executiveisexpectedtointroducespecificserviceimprovementsandopportunitiesforoptimization .TheSAEisalsoresponsibleforprovidingapositivecustomerexperienceforenterprise-sizeorganizations.

- Understandhowtonavigatecomplexbuyingcommittees-developandmaintainprofessionalrelationshipswitheconomicbuyersandkeyexecutiveswithinsizabletargetaccountstocreatevalueandenableyoursellingefforts.
- Establishandmaintaincontactandeffectivecommunicationatalllevelsofstrategicaccountsandleverageinternalresourcestoensureapositivecustomerexperience.
- Partnerwithinternalexecutivemanagement,operations,developmentandsalesmanagementteamstoestablishandimplementbestpractices.
- Leveragehis/hernetworkforreferralsandformerpartnerstosupportgrowthefforts.
- Managecomplexrelationshipswithstrategicstrategyandexecution.
- Accuratelyforecastopportunitiesandbookings,specificproductrevenue,andnewopportunitiesonaweekly,monthlyandquarterlybasiswithin
Salesforce. - Driveforresultsandsuccessbyconveyingtheappropriatesenseofurgencywhiledrivingissuestoclosure.
- Championclientprogramsanddriveinitiativeswithafocusoncontinuousimprovement.
- Collaborate cross-functionallytoremoveroadblocks,trackandresolveclientobjections,andsolveproblemsvia

- BS/BAdegreerequired.
- Highlevelofdetailsellingcomplexsolutionbasedprograms.
- Transportation Industry Experience2 -3yearsminimum
- Minimumof5years
Outsidesalesexperience(Hunter) - Knowledgeandexperiencewithtransportationmanagementsystems/technology preferred.
- Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,includingboardroomcaliberpresentationskills.
- Provenabilitytocollaboratewithothersatalllevelswithinthepotentialclient.
- Aptitudeforunderstandinghowtechnologysolutionssolvecustomerbusinessissues.
- Astuteunderstandingofhowtoconveyinformationclearlyandprovidetransportation/financialanalysistohelpexpeditecustomerpurchasedecisions.
- Provenabilitytoinnatelyrecognizemutualvalueopportunitiesensuringcustomervalueandrevenuegenerationforthecompany.
