Location: Boise City
Elkay is looking for a Business Development Manager - Residential Sales for the Central territory, responsible for driving sales growth for residential products in the builder and designer markets.
The ideal candidate will manage sales strategies, convert builder business, and engage with showroom partners. Candidates should have at least 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with CRM knowledge, and must be comfortable traveling 50% regionally.
Salary range is $112,900 - $155,238 with benefits including competitive salary, 401(k), and health insurance.
