Overview
CLOSER/SALES REPRESENTATIVE – Close deals. Build your book. Help people change their lives. Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) is one of the fastest-growing movements in business. Acqui Match built a system that fixes the process for first-time buyers and is launching a new product in April 2026.
We need closers who can turn interested buyers into committed clients. You will handle calls with webinar attendees who want to discuss the decision before committing. Some buyers are ready and need confidence; others need someone who can speak their language, address concerns, and show them this is the system they have been looking for.
This is not a script role. We are building the sales process for this product in real time. You will be among the first two closers, working directly with the Founder to develop what works, test approaches, and shape a playbook for future hires.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING- Close Webinar-Generated Leads:
Handle calls with prospects who attended our live webinar and requested a conversation before committing. Provide confidence, address objections, and convert interest into signed clients. - Build the Playbook With Us:
Develop objection handling, call frameworks, and conversion strategies. Feedback from real calls shapes the process. - Speak the Language of Sophisticated Buyers:
Engage high-earning professionals investing $100K+ to acquire a business, meeting them at their level. - Own Your Pipeline:
Manage all leads in Hub Spot, follow up diligently, and maintain an airtight pipeline with daily metrics. - Drive Annual Commitments:
Promote quarterly and annual subscription options and demonstrate value of annual commitments. - Collaborate Across the Team:
Work with the Founder, Marketing, and Operations; participate in regular pipeline reviews.
Directly with the Founder and a broader team including partners and delivery leads; the go-to-market strategy and webinar launch are backed by experienced professionals in the ETA/Acquisition space.
COMPENSATION- Base salary plus uncapped commission with performance bonuses and renewal residuals
- Higher commission on annual commitments
- Tiered performance bonuses based on volume

- 90-day ramp guarantee
- Path to permanent with increased base and benefits
- OTE: $85K-$115K in Year 1, scaling to $160K+ at peak performance

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS- Mid-to-High Ticket Sales
Experience:
Closed $5K-$50K deals (coaching, consulting, SaaS, etc.). - Consultative Selling Ability:
Listen, diagnose, and guide; not a hard pitch. - Adaptable and Process-M minded:
Comfortable testing approaches and giving feedback to build the system. - CRM Discipline:
Hub Spot proficiency; maintain an organized pipeline and notes. - Self-Directed and Accountable:
Remote role with daily metrics and personal accountability. - Strong Communicator:
Credible, knowledgeable, and trustworthy on phone/video; able to engage sophisticated buyers.
- ETA/Acquisition Familiarity or quick learner with M&A concepts

- Minimum 5 closed deals per month to maintain residual eligibility
- 40+ qualified conversations per month
- 30-40% close rate on booked calls
- Meticulous pipeline hygiene with thorough logging and follow-ups
- Daily metrics reporting
- 90-day performance review with clear criteria

Conversation volume depends on lead flow; 40+ is a forward-looking goal as the funnel matures.
