Role Summary Support & Administrative Responsibilities Provide day to day administrative support for both the E-Rate Sales Team and the Commercial/SMB Sales Team Prepare, assemble, and ship customer proposals and supporting documentation
Assist with sales reporting, data tracking, and performance summaries
Support CRM management, including Hub Spot data clean up, analysis, and workflow updates
Execute administrative tasks that allow sales reps to maximize time in the field
Lead Generation & Outreach Conduct light outbound prospecting, primarily via email, to help schedule meetings for assigned sales reps
Make occasional cold calls when necessary to support outreach efforts
Assist with targeted marketing campaigns to potential leads across both sales departments
Create and send pre-visit introduction letters or outreach materials to prospects ahead of scheduled field visits
Cross-Department Project Support Partner with the Vice President of Commercial & E-Rate Sales on special projects, including reporting, board level presentations, and strategic initiatives
Support Commercial Sales Directors with assigned tasks and departmental projects
Collaborate with sales reps on ad-hoc needs such as research, list building, and campaign execution
Compensation-Related Responsibilities Salary + annual bonus structure
Eligible to earn 10% of a sales rep’s commission for any deal that closes as a direct result of a meeting the employee sourced and scheduled
Team Structure & Reporting Report directly to the Vice President of Commercial & E-Rate Sales Receive task assignments from both the VP and the two Commercial Sales Directors (for Commercial-related work)
Support all sales reps across both departments with administrative and operational tasks
Overall Purpose of the Role Serve as a central support resource for the VP, Directors, and sales reps Reduce administrative workload for sales teams, enabling them to spend more time in the field and driving revenue
Improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and lead-generation effectiveness across both sales organizations

Preferred Qualifications 0–2 years in sales or administration
Excellent communication and listening skills
Ability to adapt quickly, think critically, and solve problems in real time Comfortable in working in fast paced organization and multi tasking
