Outbound Sales Consultant III
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Pay Range: $21.00/hr - $24.00/hr
These are BDR roles (Business Development Representative), not end‑to‑end Account Executive roles.
Start Date:
02/02/2026
Remote; candidate must be open to working in Eastern Time zone.
Fintech Experience – Ideal / Nice to have.
Primary focus: outbound calls; candidate must be a strong seeker and comfortable with significant outbound calls.
Tech Savvy; can use CRM system proficiently (Salesforce ideal).
Interview Process- Part 1 – 5 minutes:

Role Play - Part 3 – 20 Minutes: Q&A
- Identifies and helps develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers.
- Assists in building a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through direct or indirect contact and prospecting.
- Works with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement business development initiatives.
- Conducts introductory and discovery calls with potential customers; qualifies leads and passes them to an Account Executive to close the business.
2 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting; schedule 8am‑6pm ET.
KPI:
Book 3 meetings a day; 15 per week. No CFT KPI at this point.
Schedule:
Training (100% virtual, 4 weeks, TBD 8am‑6pm ET). Production schedule – 8am‑6pm ET (8 hours shift).
No time off in the first 60‑90 days.
