You will:

• Support our account managers with technical and clinical questions regarding phaco and vitrectomy devices as well as ophthalmological operating microscopes and advise in the sales process
• Advise customers on technical and clinical questions in its value chain and actively support in the operating room
• Demonstrate products and solutions to customers
• Represent the team in extensive project business and at trade fairs
• Prepare and conduct customer and employee training
• Participate in the definition and implementation of a future-proof product and application approach for our ophthalmological solutions
• Intensively and comprehensively integrate new employees into the subject of phacoemulsification and vitrectomy
• Plan, conduct, and take responsibility for the professional training of the team
• Be the interface between sales, service, marketing, and product management

• Study or comparable training in the medical or technical field with high motivation to inspire customers
• High willingness to travel in the field and readiness for irregular working hours
• Primary area of deployment currently:
  North Rhine-Westphalia, western Lower Saxony, western Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland
• Successfully working together in the nationwide field service team and flexibly supporting each other
• Practical work experience with end customers and technical understanding that you can bring to the customer conversation, consultation, and in the clinical and operating room areas in a targeted manner
• Long-term, specific experience in the field of phacoemulsification and vitrectomy and their training and support in the customer operating room
• Ability to enthusiastically represent our products in technology and application in the operating room and highlight their added value
• Confident, communicative behavior in the medical environment, especially in dealing with doctors, ophthalmic medical staff, IT managers, and our sales colleagues
• Transparent, independent work organization and team capability
• Secure handling of MS Office software and solid English skills (minimum level B2)
