• Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Present and explain various insurance products and coverage options clearly.
• Assist customers in selecting the most suitable insurance plans.
• Process applications and ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
• Build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify any additional needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers.
• Ability to learn about insurance products and services quickly.
