Hotel Sales Manager

Location:

US (preference for local candidates, but open to applicants from any nationality)

Salary: $1200 per month (part-time)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in the US. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy for our hotel. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new partnerships
• Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and negotiate contracts with potential clients
• Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports related to sales activities
• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, reservations, and operations to ensure successful execution of sales strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
