Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in the vibrant city of Us. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This is a part-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and develop relationships to increase sales
• Create and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead in the industry
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Familiarity with hotel booking systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
