Walltopia, the world leader in climbing wall design and production, is looking for passionate and driven Sales Agents based across Middle East in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt or Israel
.

We are looking for individual agents in each of these countries
, not one person to cover the entire region.

• Local Presence and Language:
  You must already reside in one of the listed countries and be a native speaker of the local language. Good command of English is required for coordination with our HQ team.
• Climbing Insight:
  You live and breathe climbing. You understand its language, its community, and the people who are shaping its future.
• Sales Mindset:
  You're curious, persistent, and motivated by creating value, not just closing deals. Experience in sales, particularly in climbing or sports, is a big plus.
• Mobility:
  You’ll be traveling across your region meeting gym owners, entrepreneurs, and visionaries, and helping them turn their climbing ideas into thriving spaces.

• Representing Walltopia's full range of products: climbing walls, holds, mats, and other equipment.
• Meeting clients, understanding their goals, and guiding them through the process of building high-quality climbing gyms.
• Negotiating contract terms to secure mutually beneficial deals.
• Preparing offers and tracking client interactions through our CRM system.
• Coordinating with designers, engineers, and project managers via MS Teams.
• Supporting our marketing efforts to strengthen Walltopia's presence in your region.
• Participating in our annual Walltopia Strategy Agents Meeting in Bulgaria, where we align visions, share ideas, and climb together.
