SUMMARY

To patrol and ensure the safety of patrons, employees and vendors and protect the assets of the Golden Pony Casino. In order for Security to function as a Team you may be asked to assist in the training of the new employees, as they become part of our team. In addition, other duties and responsibilities may be requested of you, which are not specified in your job duties or Facility Post Orders.

ESSENTIAL

DUTIES

Patrol Golden Pony Casino Gaming Facilities inside and out and all future appropriation properties.

Must investigate suspicious persons or circumstances and reporting on the same.

Provide escorts for money, valuables or persons when requested.

Report incidents, complaints and personnel problems that occur on his/her shift for the day to the lead officer or shift supervisor.

Must follow work schedule, however the hours, days and shifts may be subject to change as determined by your supervisor.

Must follow all Security Operations Procedures and Policies per the Golden Pony Casino SOP’s.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, patrons, and non-patrons within Golden Pony Casino Gaming Facilities.

Must obtain a professional appearance.

Must be well groomed at all times.

Must patrol assigned area to present violations.

Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

EXPERIENCE

Environment typically is a Class II or III Casino experience preferred.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

TTT Gaming License is required.

Posses a valid Oklahoma Drivers License.

JOB DEMANDS PHYSICAL

Ability to maneuver in all areas of casino. Ability to walk, sit and stand for long hours.

ENVIRONMENTAL

Work in office and casino operations containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights.
