Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an Unarmed CLEET Security License.
- Successful completion of background checks and all district-required screenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with a diverse population.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Physical ability to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or school safety preferred.
- Demonstrated competence for human relationship and personal communication skills.
- Satisfy all district requirements with regard to physical health and citizenship.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Position Goal:
Serve as a key member of the Jenks Public Schools Campus Police Department, working to ensure the safety and security of the Central Campus community. This non-commissioned, uniformed position supports district-wide safety initiatives by maintaining a visible security presence, responding to incidents, assisting with traffic and crowd control, and providing support to students, staff, and visitors.

Regular Requirements:

Occasional Requirements:
Reach with hands and arms overhead, above shoulder and horizontally; lift/move up to 40 pounds.
Visual Requirements:
Close, color, peripheral, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.
Hearing/Speaking Requirements:
Adequate to exchange information.
