Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a utility location.;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, substations, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access to restricted utility areas, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions, unauthorized persons, and potential hazards according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site personnel and public emergency responders when appropriate.;
Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate records of patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
