Transport Refrigeration Services is looking for an experienced Trailer Technician / Trailer Mechanic to support our growing fleet service operations. • Flexible schedule: 3x12 or 4x10 hour shifts
• Shift differential:
  Earn an additional $2.00/hour for 2nd & 3rd shifts

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of shop experience with DOT annual inspections, brakes, or tech school certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Must obtain a toolbox and required tools
• Strong work ethic and team‑oriented attitude

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers
• Handle DOT/FHWA inspections and meet standard service times
• Repair and replace tires, brakes, and suspension systems
• Diagnose and repair electrical and ABS systems
• Weld and fabricate using steel and aluminum
• Reefer unit experience is a plus
• Take on road service calls and company vehicle repairs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
