Responsibilities & Duties
- Travel and perform field service work as needed; approx. 85% of the time.
- 15% of your time will be utilized training and working where needed at various Kelvion locations.
- Troubleshoot and perform repairs on equipment in the field.
- Perform rework functions at various Kelvion locations.
- If needed, fabricate tools in the shop for field service needs.
- Follow company procedures and safety policies.
- All other duties as assigned.
- To ensure Kelvion’s Standard of Excellence, which includes quality, is incorporated into every product we produce.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Global Code of Business Principles, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Vision and Values, Operational Framework.
- Has working knowledge of manufactured Kelvion product.
- Exhibits good problem-solving skills.
- Able to use computer software for field reports.
- Exhibits adequate verbal and written communication skills.
- Should have basic math and reading skills along with the ability to use measuring equipment as needed to perform the job.
- Must be OSHA 10 certified.
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills on mechanical systems.
- Wiring and electrical experience preferred.
- Must have active Driver’s License and ability to operate company vehicles.
- Ability to work irregular shifts and travel with as little as 24 hours’ notice.
- Have a High School Diploma or GED.
- Hands‑on field experience.
- Experience level would represent above average knowledge of product and processes.

Representation and CommunicationInteraction with customers, third party services, or persons in any other capacity must be handled in a professional and courteous manner. In this position you will be a direct representation of Kelvion Products, Inc. Training will be provided to discuss different scenarios and how those situations should be handled.
