• Perform minor and major repairs of building equipment and machinery.
• Provide preventive maintenance services on forklifts and light trucks, including lifting, loading, and carrying up to 100lbs.
• Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
• Clean and inspect machinery as required.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly equipment checklists.
• Operate a computer that controls and monitors mechanical equipment and utility systems.
• Install electrical wiring and equipment.
• Repair electrical equipment, control circuits, switches, and refrigeration equipment.
• Walk and stand for long periods in diverse environmental conditions.
• Wear protective gear and equipment.
• Support “Lean Business Enterprise” initiatives for continuous process improvement and waste elimination.
• Assist with ad‑hoc duties assigned by the manager.

• 1–3years experience in building mechanical equipment maintenance and repair or an equivalent education/technical school program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Capability to complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building and machinery equipment.
• Independent worker with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent customer‑service skills.
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Preferable experience operating computerized controls and monitoring mechanical equipment.
• LME electrician’s license or Journeyman electrician preferred.
