We are looking for a dependable Laborer to assist our drilling and utility installation crew. This position supports daily field operations including setting utility boxes, site restoration, material handling, and general labor duties. This is a hands‑on outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a crew environment.

DescriptionResponsibilities
- Assist drilling crew with daily operations
- Set utility boxes and related components
- Perform site restoration (grading, cleanup, soil work, etc.)
- Shoveling, digging, and general manual labor
- Load and unload materials and tools
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Follow safety procedures and supervisor direction
- Assist operators and foremen as needed
- Reliable transportation to job sites or shop
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Construction, excavation, or utility experience
- Experience with hand tools or equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- CDL is a plus
- Full‑time steady work

$18 - $25 per hour
