Laborer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Heavy Equipment Operator

We are looking for a dependable Laborer to assist our drilling and utility installation crew. This position supports daily field operations including setting utility boxes, site restoration, material handling, and general labor duties. This is a hands‑on outdoor position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being part of a crew environment.

Our drilling division specializes in underground utility installation and support services across Oklahoma. We work alongside utility providers, contractors, and construction crews to complete drilling projects safely and efficiently. Our team focuses on quality work, reliability, and maintaining professional job sites while delivering dependable underground infrastructure solutions. We are a growing operation looking for motivated individuals who want steady work and opportunities to grow within the company.

• Assist drilling crew with daily operations
• Set utility boxes and related components
• Perform site restoration (grading, cleanup, soil work, etc.)
• Shoveling, digging, and general manual labor
• Load and unload materials and tools
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor direction
• Assist operators and foremen as needed

• Reliable transportation to job sites or shop
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Construction, excavation, or utility experience
• Experience with hand tools or equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• CDL is a plus
