• Set up and operate advanced welding equipment
• Perform high‑quality work that meets strict standards
• Inspect finished welds for accuracy and quality
• Follow all safety procedures—safety‑sensitive role
• Work with other departments to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Participate in process improvements, weld procedures, and overall quality
• Complete assigned work on time and keep accurate production records

We need a solid work ethic, welding skills, focus, and dependability.

• Must pass open root 3G MIG/Fluxcore fill & cap test and 6G TIG root with flux fill & cap on 2" schedule 160 pipe
• At least 2 years of pipe welding experience (TIG required)
• Ability to obtain AWS/ANSI weld certifications
• Strong understanding of volts, amps, and machine adjustment
• Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and work orders
• Intermediate math and tape measure skills
• Safety knowledge
