HVAC/R Service Technician
This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across a variety of equipment types. You work independently in the field, providing high-quality service, resolving complex issues, and delivering a strong customer experience while ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Repair, diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems in a variety of customer locations.
- Service and maintain air conditioning systems, ensuring efficient and reliable operation.
- Service heat pumps, including diagnosis of performance issues and completion of necessary repairs.
- Service and repair rooftop units (RTUs), including mechanical and electrical components.
- Maintain and repair walk-in coolers and freezers, ensuring proper temperature control and system performance.
- Service and troubleshoot ice machines to ensure consistent production and reliable operation.
- Work on grocery store rack systems, including diagnosis and repair of complex refrigeration arrangements.
- Handle CO2 refrigeration systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance in line with safety and performance standards.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service while on-site and communicate clearly about findings, repairs, and recommendations.
- Work independently in the field, managing time, tasks, and documentation with minimal supervision.
Essential Skills
- EPA license
- Strong troubleshooting skills for HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Strong customer service skills when interacting with clients on-site.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work on ladders and elevated locations safely.

Work Environment
You work primarily in the field at commercial sites, servicing HVAC and refrigeration equipment such as air conditioning systems, heat pumps, rooftop units, walk-in coolers and freezers, ice machines, remote condensing units, grocery store rack systems, and CO2 refrigeration systems. The role requires regular use of ladders and working at elevated locations, as well as lifting up to 50 lbs. You operate in a hands-on, mechanical environment where you use tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair systems.
The position emphasizes independent work, with responsibility for managing your own schedule, travel between customer locations, and completing tasks safely and efficiently.

This is a Permanent position based out of Harrah, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $114400.00/yr. Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage. 401(k) with company match. Paid vacation and holidays.
