Perform structural and fabrication welding in both shop and field environments.
Weld steel components using MIG and/or stick welding techniques, ensuring high-quality, clean welds.
Assist with general construction tasks, including framing, steel erection
, and assembly of metal structures.Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to determine layout and sequence of operations.
Operate a variety of power tools and heavy equipment
, including forklifts, skid steers, and manlifts.Work safely at heights using proper fall protection and harness equipment.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.
Follow all company and OSHA safety protocols.
Proven welding experience in structural or industrial settings (MIG and/or stick welding).
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and weld symbols.
Experience in framing and general construction preferred.
Equipment operation experience required (certifications a plus).
Comfortable working at heights and in all outdoor conditions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Must be able to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
