Job Description

The Journeyman Plumber plays a crucial role in both residential and commercial plumbing projects, working within a dedicated plumbing team. This position combines hands-on technical work with supervisory responsibilities, requiring routine local travel to various job sites. The role demands expertise in pipe installation, maintenance, and repairs, alongside adherence to safety standards and effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair piping systems
• Conduct leak repairs and perform equipment testing
• Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution
• Ensure safety compliance on all job sites
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Supervise apprentices and assist the plumbing team
• Travel locally to various residential and commercial projects

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plumbing
• Vocational training in plumbing
• Journeyman plumber license
• Proficiency in pipe fitting and blueprint reading
• Strong safety compliance knowledge
• Effective problem-solving and customer service skills
• Physical stamina and time management abilities
• Experience as a Plumbing Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber
