Heavy Equipment Operator; Skid Steer & Mini Excavator

Job Description

Moore, Oklahoma | Full-Time Position Silver Star Construction is seeking a dependable operator to run small earthmoving equipment and assist with construction site labor as needed. Core Responsibilities Operate skid steer and mini excavator on job sites

Load/unload machinery from trailers and transport units

Adjust machine settings for proper performance

Inspect equipment before and after use Track and report equipment performance and maintenance needs

Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime

Required Skills Excellent hand-eye and foot coordination

Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers

Strong judgment and safety awareness

Ability to work in fast-paced outdoor environments

Team-oriented mindset with reliable work habits

Job Requirements Must successfully complete background check, drug screening, and physical

Willing to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)Ability to work overtime, nights, and weekends when needed

Physically able to perform demanding manual labor

Must follow all safety procedures at all times
