Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technician | 1st shift | $30 - 35/hr Job Description

This role supports industrial operations by troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and maintaining a wide range of instrumentation and electrical systems. The Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technician works with process control equipment, electrical systems, and automation technologies to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant performance in an industrial environment.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair instrumentation and electrical systems that support industrial processes.

• Calibrate and maintain process instrumentation, including transmitters, sensors, and control devices, to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.

• Support and maintain process control systems, including PLC-based control systems and associated hardware.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLCs, and related control equipment.

• Interpret and work from technical drawings, electrical schematics, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on instrumentation and electrical equipment to minimize downtime.

• Assist in the programming, configuration, and adjustment of control systems and automation equipment as needed.

• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to identify and resolve instrumentation and electrical issues in a timely manner.

• Document maintenance activities, calibration records, and repairs in accordance with site procedures and industry standards.

• Support continuous improvement efforts by recommending enhancements to instrumentation, control systems, and electrical infrastructure.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tuttle, OK.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Tuttle,OK.
