Location: Jenks
LILYFIELD is seeking an Empower Parent Advocate to provide essential services for families transitioning to Pre-K and Kindergarten. This role will predominantly support the Empower Parents program, engaging with families and children to ensure a smooth transition into school.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and experience working with parents and youth. Responsibilities include conducting individual and group sessions, recruiting program participants, and assisting caregivers in navigating educational resources. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.
