northwest center for behavioral health (ncbh) is seeking a dedicated consumer recovery specialist to join our inpatient team to support patients and staff in the behavioral health treatment setting. This position will provide direct and indirect care to individuals in need of behavioral health support, promote a safe, supportive environment, and assist in de‑escalation, therapeutic options, nursing support, and admissions process.

• hourly rate: $17.09 + differentials ($0.50 for evenings and nights, $0.75 for weekends/holidays, $1.00 for direct care)
• primary working hours: 3:30 pm – 2:00 am (10‑hour shifts, thursday‑friday‑saturday‑sunday)
• flsa status: non‑exempt
• primary work location: ncbh fort supply inpatient unit

education requirements: associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. For sr crs: bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting four (4) years of relevant experience for the required education. Preference may be given to current ncbh employees.

• applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job‑related travel normally associated with this position and have a valid driver’s license.
• upon a conditional offer of employment, odmhsas applicants must submit to a physical examination and shall meet the physical examination requirements of occasionally lifting/carrying 50 pounds and being able to push and pull a maximum force of 25 pounds.

northwest center for behavioral health (ncbh) is located in northwest oklahoma. Ncbh provides excellent treatment to all of northwestern oklahoma and is licensed and joint commission accredited since 1974. We provide complete mental health and substance abuse services for the individuals of northwest oklahoma in our outpatient offices, transitional residential program, and our inpatient psychiatric unit.

this agency requires coverage 24 hours, 7 days per week. Work hours and location may vary depending on business necessity. Employees may be required to work weekends and overtime.
