Straight and Narrow in Paterson, NJ, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (Women's Treatment) to oversee counselors in our residential/outpatient programs. The role focuses on delivering high-quality substance abuse treatment and ensuring staff meet program standards across all sites (Paterson, Secaucus, Passaic).
Hours are Monday–Friday with one late night; compensation is $29.00–$32.00 per hour, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.
