The Integrated Stroke Unit and Rehabilitation Inpatient is a 40 bed unit delivering acute stroke care and subsequent rehabilitation. The RN will work within a comprehensive interprofessional team to assess, plan, and implement care tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
The role requires active involvement in evidence-based pathways, strong communication, and commitment to quality improvement and patient safety.
