Home of Hope seeks a Job Coach to support homeless youth and young mothers in our residential program. The Job Coach provides individualized career coaching, job readiness training, and life-skills guidance to help families move toward independence. Responsibilities include assessing strengths and barriers, developing action plans, teaching resume and interview skills, supporting education and training goals, and connecting residents to community employment resources.
This onsite role collaborates with clinical and residential staff in a faith-centered, trauma-informed environment focused on stability, dignity, and long-term self-sufficiency.
