Location: Watts

Oversees the quality of services delivered by staff, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, licensing, contractual and agency standards. Provides timely supervision, training and guidance to support staff in meeting or exceeding agency expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage quality and effectiveness of service delivery through regular supervision and monitoring of client care documentation including assessments, care plans, outcome measures and progress notes.
  • Ensure timely and high‑quality documentation of services by assigned staff in accordance with all agency and contractual requirements.
  • Support staff to deliver services that are clinically appropriate, culturally respectful, and in partnership with clients and their parents or caregivers.
  • Promote integrated, effective care, a one‑CII culture, and adherence to agency values.
  • Maintain working relationships in the community to raise awareness of the agency’s services and provide consultation to representatives of other agencies by submitting regular reports as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of client records in compliance with HIPAA, CII Policies and Procedures and licensure regulations.
  • Maintain knowledge of program standards and policies; develop personal and professional knowledge through educational workshops, professional publications, personal networks, state‑of‑the‑art benchmarking, and in‑service programs.
  • Provide direct services as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Overall direction, coordination and evaluation of up to 10 direct reports.
  • Conduct interviews, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work.
  • Appraise performance, reward and discipline employees, address complaints, and resolve problems.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience:

    4 years of managerial or supervisory experience;
    Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, child development or a related field required.
  • Other

    Qualifications:

    Valid driver’s license and state‑required auto insurance; travel 25–50% of the time;
    Spanish/English bilingual preferred; ability to work with minimal supervision; handle confidential information; maintain patient privacy (PHI). Excellent verbal and written communication skills; punctual and dependable attendance.
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
    Current and valid licensure with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) or Board of Psychology (BOP); minimum of two years of licensure.

    Skills:

    Intermediate knowledge of Windows environment; proficiency in electronic health records and database software.

New‑hire orientation, AB‑1825 Sexual Harassment Prevention training, Mandated Reporter CPR/First Aid (depending on program).

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $84,641.00 USD – $ USD (California law pay range, starting point at lower range).
