.NET Software Engineer

As a .NET Software Engineer on the Member Identity team, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining the systems that power our millions of member accounts.

• Develop secure, scalable, and well-documented software using C# (.NET 8 preferred)
• Design and implement features following industry best practices and design patterns
• Write clean, human-readable code and collaborate effectively with your team
• Own and support your assigned features and modules
• Participate in on‑call support rotations to ensure smooth operation of our systems
• Understand and interpret key product metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment

• Several years of experience in software engineering using an object‑oriented language
• Strong understanding of object‑oriented principles and the .NET ecosystem
• Experience with code‑level design patterns and best practices
• Passion for learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with your team
• Familiarity with Git source control and best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Experience with automated testing tools and continuous integration
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Eagerness to learn and refine both technical and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in an Agile environment

• Experience with public company regulations (Sarbanes‑Oxley)
