Daily operation and driving of Class 8 tractors and lower for chemical distribution, including transport of hazardous (HAZMAT) and non-hazardous materials in both liquid and dry forms.

• Perform outside customer/vendor deliveries, in-plant spotting, and inter-company branch transfers.
• Handle bulk deliveries of liquids and solids, including loading and offloading materials from appropriate trailer configurations.
• Participate in the pumping, air, and other processes needed to move product, ensuring proper transfer and delivery.
• Manage packaged deliveries of drums, IBCs, and other liquid containers.
• Handle palletized material (dry or liquid) and supersacks of product.
• Execute all applicable paperwork, securement, and DOT, OSHA, and site-specific safety procedures.
• Operate pallet jacks (electric or manual) and, when required, forklifts with accessories.
• Operate dock locks, dock levelers, and other delivery/pickup equipment.
• Maintain and care for all assigned equipment, including ELDs, virtual gateways, camera systems, and tracking units.
• Communicate with supervisors and dispatchers to receive delivery instructions.

• High school diploma, GED, or U.S. military experience.
• Class "A" CDL with Tanker, Bulk, and/or HAZMAT endorsement as required.
• Current DOT medical card and, if applicable, respirator fit test (no facial hair interference).
• Current TWIC card or proof of application if required at location.
• Ability to drive a manual transmission.
• Minimum 1 year liquid bulk hauling experience, or 3 years commercial truck driving experience.
• Accredited Commercial Driving Academy certification is preferred.

• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
• Comfortable with general warehouse duties and applicable equipment use.
• Detail and customer oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Complete all required training and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
• Read and comprehend instructions, write simple correspondence, and perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Learn and operate technology-based devices such as smartphones, tablets, and transportation platforms (e.g., Samsara).
• Operate power units equipped with advanced camera and safety systems for compliance.
• Reside locally within 60 miles; no lodging provided.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and E-verify check.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

• Pass a pre-employment DOT fit‑for‑duty exam.
• Sit and drive for long hours.
• Step into and out of equipment safely.
• Stage, move, set up, operate, and break down equipment while loading/delivery tasks.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and move up to 150 pounds frequently.
• Wear a respirator (if required) and all other PPE.
• Load and unload hazardous material and climb ladders.
