As a Route Driver, you collect and transport raw materials from our broad customer base back to facilities and transfer stations. Customers range from small‑scale butchers, grocers, and restaurants to large‑scale slaughterhouses and food processors. You drive a straight truck or tractor‑trailer, collecting materials from multiple customers along your route each day.

You manage your route with an onboard computer (OBC) and keep an up‑to‑date backup paper log for compliance. You are responsible for your truck’s cleanliness and complete a vehicle condition report daily. You provide exceptional professional service to all customers and follow all laws and regulations. You enjoy the freedom of the road while being home each night.

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid Class A CDL
• Good driving record

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check
• Customer service skills

Two years of experience operating a commercial vehicle in a route delivery setting and experience with truck hydraulics are preferred, but multiple factors will be considered. Can you communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing? Are you highly organized with superior time‑management skills? Can you maintain composure in difficult situations? Do you adapt easily to change and work well with others?

All route delivery drivers operate routes in their local area. This full‑time Class A CDL truck driving job also offers the opportunity to work regular overtime daily.
