Load Securer

Secure and cover loads with tarps efficiently and safely to prevent damage during transportation. Inspect loads and tarps regularly, identifying potential issues or damages. Work outdoors in various weather conditions and occasionally inside warehouses or transport hubs. Maintain safety protocols and proper documentation of tarp usage and load conditions. Assist with general load handling and ensuring transport safety standards are met.

Required Skills:

• Ability to work comfortably outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail in securing and inspecting loads
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy loads
• Effective communication skills and teamwork attitude
• Basic understanding of safety standards related to load securing and transportation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in load securing, tarping, or transportation industry
• Knowledge of safety certifications or training related to freight handling
• Experience working both indoors and outdoors in physical roles

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous tarping, freight handling, or logistics experience is a plus, but we're happy to train motivated learners

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in outdoor environments and indoors as needed
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions, including rain, heat, or cold
• Comfort with physical tasks and safety procedures
• Available for scheduled shift hours and potential overtime

Shift Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
