Branch Manager - Oklaunion TX

Job Purpose

The Branch Manager leads the management and direction of Herc Rentals’ branches, overseeing daily operations to drive revenue, maintain high customer service standards, develop employees, and uphold productivity, safety, and profitability.

• Be an expert in the equipment rental industry and support continuous learning at the branch on new fleet and equipment applications
• Grow revenue for the branch and district
• Meet or exceed the business plan for the branch
• Answer and resolve customer questions
• Manage the team effectively and efficiently
• Implement safety trainings and maintain a branch safety plan
• Manage fleet operations
• Manage profit and loss reporting & operational reviews
• Generate, process, analyze and review daily business reports
• Support all team members
• Conduct branch audits & inventory reviews
• Maintain federal compliance with OSHA regulations and DOT standards

Base salary $80,000‑$90,000 plus profit sharing and vehicle.

• High School diploma or GED required;
  College degree preferred
• 5‑7 years of related experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to drive revenue growth
• Ability to communicate with customers
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding)
• Ability to input information into computer systems
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to safely drive and operate multiple types of vehicles and equipment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks such as stretching, turning, twisting, reaching overhead, bending, crouching, squatting, kneeling, and stooping for extended periods
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors as required by the job
