Customer Service Representative

Lend Nation is looking for an energetic, positive Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our team! BI-LINGUAL is a plus.

• Complete cash transactions for customers
• Initiate customer loans
• Contact customers about past‑due payments
• Work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays;
  Sundays off

• Excellent customer service skills
• Cash handling experience
• Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment
• Reliable and secure transportation, valid driver’s license, and maintenance of auto insurance
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Reliable attendance required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
