HIGH VOLTAGE LINEMAN INSTUCTORS

Ready to pass your knowledge on to the next generation of line workers? OSUIT is seeking full-time and part-time High Voltage Lineman Instructors to help prepare students for rewarding careers in industry. In this hands-on role, you will teach and mentor students in areas such as pole climbing techniques, overhead distribution systems, and transmission principles. You will provide both classroom and field instruction, helping students develop the technical skills, confidence, and safety mindset needed to succeed in the profession.

As an instructor, you will also maintain training facilities and equipment, develop course materials and lesson plans, and play a key role in shaping the future workforce of this essential industry.

We're seeking a dedicated industry professional with a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related work experience. Other combinations of education and industry experience may be considered. A Journeyman license is highly preferred.
