We’re an energetic team looking for a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey.

As a Financial Services Representative, you’re the face of World Finance – empathizing, empowering, and engaging with our customers.

• Assist the Branch Manager in operating the branch effectively and efficiently and maximize growth.
• Utilize sound lending skills, maximize potential profits, and follow policies for effective collection of accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service, which is essential to marketing the branch and company culture.
• Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and products.
• Process and prepare loan applications.
• Take and process payments.
• Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
• Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
• Prepare and complete daily branch bank deposit and transport money to and from the bank.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
• Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
• Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
• Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
• Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.

• Have basic computer skills.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other responsibilities.

Hourly Pay: $15 – $18.

• Frequently stationary with regular movement; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.
• Occasional lifts up to 5 lbs, may exert up to 30 lbs of force.
• Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication.
• Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration.
• Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
• Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
• Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
