Devotionhospice is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a PRN role in Okmulgee, OK. The OT will assess patients of all ages, plan and document care, and coordinate with the care team to promote well-being and safe ADL performance.
Required:
valid OT license and CPR certification; a driver's license and auto insurance are also needed. 1 year of OT experience preferred and Home Care Home Base experience is a plus.
