What You’ll Do:
- Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal team members
- Assist with coordinating and managing freight
- Build and maintain strong carrier relationships
- Help ensure loads are covered and moving on schedule
- Provide support to an Account Executive and the rest of the POD team
- Learn the ins and outs of the transportation and freight brokerage industry
- Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply!
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and motivated
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Previous transportation/freight experience is helpful, butnot required
