Salary: $19.41 to $29.74 annually
Arrowhead Winch Inc engineers and manufactures industrial winch, hoist and drive systems under the BRADEN, CARCO and Gearmatic brand names. The company is located in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Schedule:
3rd Shift (Sunday‑Thursday, 10:30 PM‑7:00 AM)
Hourly rate: $19.41–$29.74 with occasional overtime and a $2.40 shift differential.
Signing bonus: $1,000, paid in two installments after the 90‑day and 180‑day milestones.
Facility: 1204 W. 20th St., Okmulgee, OK 74447.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities- Follow all verbal or written work instructions, operations, and procedures.
- Perform basic mechanical functions within an assembly process.
- Support plant safety policies and set a good example for others.
- Actively demonstrate good housekeeping practices through the 5S methodology.
- Work effectively as a team member among other assemblers to achieve monthly production goals in a safe, respectful, and timely manner.
- Recognize irregularities or malfunctions with parts or equipment and alert the Assembly Supervisor promptly.
- Take initiative to suggest new and innovative ways to improve jobs or increase efficiency.
- Accomplish job assignments on time, with a high standard of quality, with little supervision.
- Use basic computer skills for timecards and production information in a computerized production management system.
- Operate material‑handling equipment (e.g., Raymond lifts, walkie stackers, low boys) to move parts and materials.
- Hang and unhang parts for assembly, pre‑paint, and final paint production.
- Perform air and oil tests and related functions.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as required.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to learn and use pneumatic tools and impacts.
- Ability to read and understand engineering build prints and material specifications.
- Willingness to progress to Assembly II responsibilities within two years of service.
- Other qualifications may be added as required.
- Operate hand and pneumatic tools to ensure proper torque and assembly installations.
- Read and understand blueprints and follow written instructions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to notify leads and supervisors of issues.
- Superb work organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to an evolving manufacturing environment with a positive attitude.
Very mobile position requiring extensive walking on concrete floors, bending, squatting, reaching, and grabbing parts; must be able to wear PPE and operate around heavy machinery, forklifts, and loud noise.
