As an LPN at Highland Park Health Care in Okmulgee, OK, you will participate in and direct patient care in accordance with facility clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders. You are a key part of our clinical team and resident care, helping to provide superior clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services.

• Maintain appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.
• Evaluate staffing pattern needed to meet the needs of the residents in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.
• Administer medication/treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders.
• Implement and evaluate care plans.
• Identify and secure equipment supplies.
• Direct and oversee subordinates.
• Participate in duty assignments.
• Organize and coordinate subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments.
• Oversee and monitor function and activities of subordinate staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate actions for discipline and training.
• Monitor infection control compliance.
• Investigate and document accidents/incidents.

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Previous skilled nursing experience.
• Solid understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift: 7 pm to 7 am (12‑hour shift)
