What You’ll Do- Source and secure qualified carriers for assigned loads
- Negotiate carrier rates to balance profitability and service quality
- Build and maintain strong carrier relationships across key regions
- Monitor loads and proactively solve issues to keep freight on track
- Stay informed on market trends, lane pricing, and capacity conditions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and make quick, effective decisions
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Prior logistics experience is a plus, but not required
