Riggs Tree Service is hiring a Fleet Parts & Inventory Control Coordinator to support a fleet of 800+ pieces of equipment used in large-scale utility and Right-of-Way operations. This is a critical, hands-on role that directly impacts uptime, safety, and daily production.

• Manage and control inventory of fleet parts and equipment
• Procure parts for shop and field operations
• Support a diverse fleet including:
  • Bucket trucks
  • Digger derricks
  • Chippers
  • Skid steers, loaders, trailers, and support vehicles
• Coordinate daily with fleet managers, mechanics, and operations leadership
• Manage relationships with OEM and aftermarket vendors
• Track purchase orders, backorders, warranties, and delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory documentation
• Support cost-control initiatives without sacrificing uptime or quality

When parts flow correctly, the entire operation runs better — and this role owns that process.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

This is not entry-level. We’re looking for someone who already knows parts.

You Bring:

• Experience in fleet parts management, dealer operations, or retail parts
• Strong working knowledge of heavy equipment and automotive parts
• Familiarity with OEM and aftermarket procurement processes
• A highly organized, detail-driven, process-focused mindset
• Professional, confident communication with internal teams and external vendors
