• 2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks
• Volvo designed for safety, featuring 68 cruise control, ergonomic seats, perfect steering position
• 70 L / 96 W sleepers with larger built‑in refrigerators
• Auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat‑screen TV mount, satellite radios

Safety is a shared responsibility. Our experienced operations team, many of whom have been on the road like you, will dispatch and supervise you safely and legally. Most freight travels through the central U.S. corridor; we do not routinely load or unload in mountainous or urban areas.

Drivers meet face‑to‑face with managers and teammates regularly. Relationships are built to feel like home—not just a job in trucking. Operations staff are available 24/7.

• Pay based on work record and experience, determined after full processing
• Full and empty loads paid on practical miles (5–7% more miles per year than short‑mile companies)
• Annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses; top performers earned over $100k last year

We understand the need to balance work and home. While you are away, you will earn income to support your family. Our operations staff work to get you home on schedule.

Loads include dry van and reefer (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat). Loads are one pick/one drop or drop and hook with 100% no‑touch freight.
