This Over the Road Mentor position offers an excellent opportunity to travel while earning competitive pay with C.R. England. Over the Road Mentors teach apprentices how to safely and efficiently drive a truck in accordance to state and local laws and C.R. England policies. Mentors get paid for all miles the truck moves and can earn extra through Mentor Bonuses and Cash Incentives.

• Deliver to the 48 lower states
• Handle no-touch freight, primarily refrigerated goods with some dry freight
• Provide home weekly opportunity
• Mentor and network bonuses available
• Earn safety bonus incentives
• Operate top‑of‑the‑line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53‑ft dry van trailers

• Valid Class A CDL
• 25 years of age or older
• 6+ months of current CDL‑A driving experience
