This is a full-time, on-site position for a Billing Coordinator located in Gardner, KS. The Billing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the billing process, generating and reviewing invoices, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing operations. This role also includes maintaining billing systems, resolving billing discrepancies, analyzing data, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting overall financial processes within the organization.
- Proficiency in the billing process, invoicing, and billing systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- High level of proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a billing or accounting-related role is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
